Recertification as an expert with recognition

Bernhard Mayr has been registered as a generally sworn and court-certified expert in the official Austrian list of experts since 2011.

Every five years, experts must submit an application for recertification to the President of the competent regional court in accordance with Section 6 (2) SDG. Special attention must be paid to the fact that the recertification application pursuant to Section 6 (3) SDG must include a reference to the training activities completed. The further suitability of the expert is to be assessed on the basis of the evidence submitted.

In order to provide a clear overview of the training activities of individual experts, the Main Association of Generally Sworn and Court-Certified Experts in Austria has set up a so-called “Training Passport”.

I am pleased to report that the documents I have now submitted have been assessed by the Styrian and Carinthian provincial association as follows:

“The large number of training events attended or led goes beyond the scope of the training pass and documents the obviously outstanding willingness of the expert and his expertise to undergo further training.”
