Court sworn expert
Since 7 June 2011, the office owner DI Dr. Bernhard Mayr has been registered as a sworn and court-certified expert in the official Austrian list of experts for the following specialist areas.
Expert opinions on damage cases including expertise for problem solving and optimisation in the form of:
- Court opinion
- Taking of evidence
- Private appraisal
Fields of competence of the authorised expert
- 06.21 Wastewater disposal, sewerage with the specialization: membrane, membrane activation, anaerobic processes, industry, indirect discharge
- 06.50 Waste management with the specialization: biogas, processing technology, recycling technology, energy
- 06.60 Environmental protection in Landfill management, remediation of contaminated sites with the specialisation: leachate, landfill gas, explosion protection
- 51.08 Chemical process engineering with the specialization:
renewable energy, biomethane, hydrogen
Due to many years of practical work, particular attention should be drawn to the expertise in plant construction in the following areas:
- Aerobic and anaerobic wastewater treatment
- Mechanical and biological waste treatment
- Composting
- Biogas, biomethane, hydrogen
- Exhaust air purification
- Membrane technology (microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis, MBR)
